New In-N-Out Burger in Vancouver, WA

Vancouver’s dining scene is about to get a major upgrade! In-N-Out Burger, the beloved West Coast burger chain known for its iconic Double-Double, fresh hand-cut fries, and hand-made milkshakes, is under construction at the bustling intersection of SE Mill Plain Boulevard and SE 136th Avenue in East Vancouver.

The new location is set to be Washington’s next In-N-Out spot, bringing the chain’s classic California flair to the Vancouver community. Fans have already spotted early construction signs and demolition activity on the former Rite Aid site at this high-traffic corner, generating plenty of local buzz.

📍 A Great Spot Near Acero Haagen Park

One of the coolest things about this new In-N-Out is its proximity to Acero Haagen Park, located just up the same street on SE 136th Avenue. That means neighbors and visitors alike will soon be able to enjoy a delicious burger after spending time outdoors at the park — whether it’s a walk, a picnic, or playtime with family.
