Acero Haagen Park offers ADA apartment homes, please contact our team for current availability. We do not have an elevator onsite, however our community amenities are all accessible at ground level.  

Each home comes with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Our open concept kitchens and modern finishes make them perfect for daily living or entertaining.

Yes. Acero Haagen Park is a smoke-free community to help maintain a healthy, comfortable living environment for all residents.

At Acero Haagen Park, residents will be invited to join our online resident portal where they can stay up to date with news among the community, request maintenance, and  securely pay rent.

You can apply directly through our website or contact our leasing team for assistance. We’re happy to walk you through the application process and answer any questions along the way. 

Each apartment includes doorstep waste service and is cable-ready. Residents are responsible for all other utilities, including electricity, water, internet, and any additional services they choose to set up.

Yes. Our onsite team is available during office hours to assist with leasing, resident services, and maintenance requests. We also provide 24-hour emergency maintenance for added peace of mind.
