|Recommended: YesI love it here — I would say that ya'll keep it very professional and clean. There are high, but necessary, standards that are great. I would say they have community like no other and I would tell them about the monthly little meet ups. Everyone I've met near me is so kind. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

|Recommended: YesIt’s great — It’s great, covered parking, gated community and easily navigated. Only issue we have very noisy neighbors up above us and we can hear everything, and sometimes it goes well into the night.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Call Home — This is my second review, but I was not prepared to say too much since my last review was the same week we moved in.
Now that we have been here for several weeks, I can say that this felt like home the day after we moved in, and it feels like home still. We have met our neighbors right above us, and the neighbors next door, and they are very nice people.
I love the landscaping and the beautiful green variety of Plants and shrubs. We have a beautiful park next door and the location is ideal for us.
The staff has been wonderful. Any issues we have had have been taken care of promptly. Any questions we have are answered promptly. We have had no noise issues from the apartments around us and at night, we hear very little traffic noises.
We are very happy that made a decision to move to Acero Hagen. I would recommend to anyone looking for a apartment home, Acero is the place to check out.

|Recommended: YesLots Of Parking, Great Layout — The Open Kitchen layout is exactly what I was looking for. There is lots of parking, my wife uses our main spot and I never struggle to find parking no matter how late I get off work. Well maintained beautiful community

Quiet community and neighbors, spacious apartments, nice grounds, and amenities that feel very luxurious to us compared to city living included parking A pool Sayomi was especially helpful, accommodating and kind throughout the entire process. I read a lot of reviews prior to moving in, and we haven’t had any electrical issues or noise issues. You can also remove rearrange shelves in the kitchen to make room for appliances . There is typical apartment noise but nothing beyond what I would consider normal. You live around other people and people make some noise, but everyone seems to be respectful and kind. We really enjoy living here, and would recommend so far

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Complex — I've really enjoyed my time here so far. Beautiful complex Friendly neighbors. Good amenities. Awesome staff. I like all the move in specials they've been having waffle bar, pizza nights, etc. . Really hoping the back gate becomes another entrance. That would make access to Haagen Park seemless.
Thank you for taking the time to provide a review on the services we provide to our tenants that live here at Acero Haagen Park. We are happy you have had an opportunity to partake in the events we have had recently. We take pride to ensure everyone feels at home. With regards to the back entrance, it will become an exit gate only to help with the flow of traffic leaving the community, there will also be a walk through gate for ease of use to get to the park. We are anticipating this to be accessible end of August when construction is complete. We look forward to seeing you at the next event.
